ABOUT KAT
Advocate. Educator. Connector.
Kat Quinn Porco is a health advocate, educator, and thought leader with a passion for bridging the gap between medical expertise and patient-centered care. With a Master’s in Health Communication from Boston University and over 15 years of experience, she has worked across clinical, nonprofit, and advocacy spaces, empowering patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals alike.
Kat’s work centers on diabetes education, chronic illness management, and mental health advocacy, with a special focus on integrative health coaching and telehealth innovation. She has served on advisory boards, research panels, and national committees, shaping policies and best practices in cystic fibrosis and diabetes care.
As a sought-after speaker and published author, Kat has presented at national conferences, medical universities, and industry panels, addressing topics such as the intersection of mental health and chronic illness, health equity, and patient empowerment. She has collaborated with leading organizations like Harvard Medical School, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to drive meaningful change in healthcare.
But beyond the credentials, Kat is a storyteller, a connector, and a firm believer that healthcare must be as human as it is clinical. She is passionate about helping individuals and professionals navigate the complexities of chronic illness, reclaim their health, and advocate for better care.
